Ma City Meetup 2025 Double Room
Join us for a fun-filled long weekend in Kansas City! We will be repeating fun events like the costume contest and pajama party concert, along with fun new activities to be announced. Events will be scheduled from 10am to 10pm with a midday break for rest, relaxation, or events outside the hotel.
LOCATION & DATES:
Location: Residence Inn Kansas City Airport (same hotel as 2024)
Starts: Friday, July 25, 2025 after breakfast
Ends: Sunday, July 27, 2025 after an early dinner
THIS REGISTRATION ALLOWS YOU TO RESERVE A DOUBLE ROOM FOR A DISCOUNTED GROUP RATE AT THE EVENT HOTEL. Double rooms include two queen beds, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette. In order to maximize space in the event hotel, we are requiring two (2) occupants for Double rooms. If you need help finding a roommate, check the Looking for Roommates Discord thread.

You are not registered until you have completed the form AND paid your registration fee. You will receive an automated confirmation email when your registration is complete.

Registration fee does NOT include:
Hotel accommodations: this registration allows you to book a double room at a discounted group rate of $149 per night (plus taxes and fees) for Friday and Saturday nights
We have a limited number of rooms available at the group rate for Thursday and Sunday nights
Transportation to Kansas City (free shuttle service available from hotel to airport)
